It's nice to know who has viewed your status, but it can be difficult to find this option if you don't know where to look. To find out who has viewed your status, you need to enable read receipts. The person viewing your status must also have read receipts enabled. This wikiHow teaches you how to see a list of everyone who has viewed your status on WhatsApp.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: On an iPhone

Step 1. Open WhatsApp
Tap the WhatsApp icon, which looks like a green square with a white speech bubble and a telephone receiver inside. Your Chats page will open if you are already logged in to WhatsApp.
If you are not already logged in, please enter your phone number first and verify it when prompted

Step 2. Make sure read receipts are enabled
If your status doesn't have any views, even though you know people are viewing your status, you probably need to enable read receipts. The person viewing your status must also have read receipts enabled so that you can see that the person has viewed your status. Follow the steps below to enable read receipts:
- Tap on Institutions in the bottom right corner.
- Tap on Account.
- Tap on Privacy.
- Tap the slider next to 'Read receipts'.

Step #3. Tap on Status
This is a round icon that you can find at the bottom left of your screen.
When WhatsApp opens a conversation, first tap the back button in the top left corner

Step #4. Tap on My Status
You can find this option at the top of the Status page.

Step 5. Select a status
Tap the status for which you want to see how often it has been viewed.

Step 6. Tap it

This can be found at the bottom of the screen, just above an icon in the shape of an eye. You will now see a list of all the people who have viewed your status.
- If you see the number zero next to the icon in the shape of an eye, then your status has not yet been viewed by anyone.
- It may take a few minutes for the number to update in your account, even though your status is being viewed by people right away.
Method 2 of 2: On an Android device

Step 1. Open WhatsApp

until you see the Chats page again.
Tapping the left-pointing arrow in the top left corner takes you back to the previous page. Tap this arrow until you return to the page with three tabs at the top.

Step #4. Tap on the STATUS tab
This is the middle of the three tabs at the top of the screen.
When WhatsApp opens a conversation, first tap the back button in the top left corner

Step 5. Tap on My Status
You can find this at the top of the screen. Tapping it will open your status.
If you have multiple statuses, you will now see the first status you added in the last 24 hours
Step 6. Tap on a status
You will now see the entire status in full screen.

Step 7. Swipe up at the screen
A list of everyone who has viewed this status will now appear. The list looks different for each status update.
- If you see the number zero next to the eye icon at the bottom of the screen, then your status has not yet been viewed by anyone.
- It may take a few minutes for the number in your account to update, even though your status is being viewed by people right away.
