Method 1 of 2: Delete photos from Instagram
Step 1. To open Instagram, tap the Instagram icon
Step 2. Tap on your profile icon
Step 3. View your photos
You can switch the way your photos are displayed from the 'grid format' to the 'frame format' (where your photos are all displayed one after the other), depending on which is more comfortable for you to browse
Step #4. Tap on a photo you want to delete

Step 8. Tap on 'Remove me from photo' button
