In this article, you'll learn how to adjust 3D touch settings on your iPhone or iPad. 3D touch is only available on an iPhone 6 or later.
Steps

Step #1. Open the Settings menu on your iPhone or iPad
Tap on

on your home screen to open the Settings app.

Step #2. Scroll down and tap on General
This option is in the Settings menu next to this icon:


Step #3. Tap on Accessibility in the General menu
This will open a new page with options.

Step #4. Tap on 3D Touch in the Accessibility menu
3D touch is only available on iPhone 6S or newer models. If you have an older model you will not see this option in the menu

Step 5. Slide the button next to 3D Touch to the right
For example, 3D touch is now enabled on your iPhone or iPad. A slider will now appear below the on/off button with which you can adjust the sensitivity of your screen. Sets how your iPhone or iPad responds to touch. The settings are saved automatically.
Step 6. Slide the slider to Light, Normal, or Firm
