Steps
Method 1 of 2: Using an iTunes backup

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to a computer with iTunes installed
When you see the message 'iPhone is blocked – connect to iTunes' on your screen, you need to connect iPhone to a computer where you have backed up your data.
This connection method only works if you have backed up your iPhone in iTunes and you know the iPhone passcode

Step 2. Open iTunes
Normally, iTunes starts up automatically when you connect iPhone to computer. If not, click the iTunes icon on the Dock (macOS) or search for iTunes among your programs in the Start menu (Windows).

Step 3. Click on the iPhone icon
The icon is located at the top left of iTunes, just below the menu bar.

Step #4. Click on Sync
iTunes will now ask you for your passcode.

Step 5. Enter the passcode and click Restore
This will restore the iPhone to the last backup you saved in iTunes.
Method 2 of 2: Using Recovery Mode

Step 1. See how many minutes you have to wait before you can log in again

Step 5. Open iTunes
Normally, iTunes starts up automatically when you connect iPhone to computer. If not, click the iTunes icon on the Dock (macOS) or search for iTunes among your programs in the Start menu (Windows). If you have iTunes open, you will now see the recovery mode screen.
