Steps
Method 1 of 2: Increasing the download limit

Step #1. Open the uTorrent app
The app has a green icon with a white "you" in it. You can usually find the app on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Step #2. Tap on the ☰ tab
This is in the top left corner when you open uTorrent, and will open a dropdown menu with more options.

Step 3. Select Settings from the menu

Step #4. Tap Download Limit
This allows you to adjust the download speed for uTorrent.

Step 5. Slide the download limit to the desired speed
If you want to use the full download speed available, toggle it to the right so it says 'Max KB/s'.

Step 6. Tap on Set up when you are done
This sets the new download speed as the limit for uTorrent when you download a torrent stream on your Android.
Method 2 of 2: Change the incoming port

Step #1. Open the uTorrent app
The app has a green icon with a white "u" in it that can be accessed from the apps drawer.
If you are experiencing slow downloads, changing the incoming port to a less common port may increase speed

Step #2. Tap on the ☰ tab
It's in the top-left corner when you open uTorrent, and this will open a drop-down menu with more options.

Step 3. Select Settings from the menu

Step #4. Scroll down and tap on Incoming Port
This represents the port that allows Utorrent to access download information and is usually set to 6881 by default.

Step 5. Increase the incoming port by 1
Once you click the option Incoming port When you tap a pop-up window with the port number, you can rewrite the port number to 6882.

Step 6. Tap OK
This will reconfigure the incoming port for uTorrent and should increase the download speed.
