In this article, we'll show you how to merge your Android device's contacts with your Gmail account's contacts.
Steps
Step 1. Open your device's settings
You can recognize the app by the icon of a gear or a series of sliders.
Step #2. Scroll down and tap on Accounts
This is in the 'Personal' section of the menu.
Step #3. Tap on Google
The accounts are arranged alphabetically.
Step 4. Slide the 'Contacts' button to the right, to the on position
The color of the button now changes to blue-green. Now your Gmail contacts are synced with your Android contacts.
Step 5. Click on the other Google options you want to sync
You can choose Calendar, Photos and Music, among other things.
