In this article, we will show you how to change the wireless network password of a TP Link router. That is the password you use to log into the router's network.
Steps

Step 1. Check if your computer is connected to the internet
You must be connected to the internet to access that page of the router.
If your wireless connection is not working properly, you can connect directly to the router

Step 2. Open a web browser
To access the router's page, you need to enter the address of the TP Link router in the address bar of your browser.

Step 3. Type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar of your browser
That is the address of your TP Link router.

Step 4. Enter the router's username and password
If you never changed this, both the username and password are admin.
If you've ever changed it and don't remember how to log in, you'll need to reset your router before you can continue

Step 5. Click Wireless
This is on the left side of the page.

Step 6. Click on Wireless Security
This option is under the "Wireless" menu on the left side of the page.

Step 7. Scroll down and look for the WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK box
This is at the bottom of the page.

Step 8. Enter a new password
This is normally done in the 'Password' field, but the name of the field may be 'PSK Password'.

Step 9. Click Save
This button is at the bottom of the page.

Step 10. Click OK to confirm
Now the new password has been saved, but you will need to reboot your router for the changes to take effect.

Step 11. Click on System Tools
It's at the bottom of the left column of options.

Step 12. Click on Reboot
This is at the bottom of the 'System Tools' menu.

Step 13. Click OK to confirm
Once the router has restarted, you can log in with your new password.
