When using the official channels to report copyright infringement, YouTube will contact you as soon as possible. Step 2. Submit a privacy complaint at https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/142443. Here you can indicate exactly how your privacy is being violated via your YouTube account. For other legal questions or complaints, please use the general legal notice form. This form can be found at In some cases, you will receive a financial reward for your report. You can find this button by clicking 'More' under the name of the creator of the video. Then click the notification button with the flag next to it. The YouTube team will now review the video to determine if the content is inappropriate. In the menu that now appears, click on 'Report user'.
